Refund Policy

Bangor Security Training School is committed to providing professional security training in compliance with Florida state requirements. Please review our refund policy below before enrolling.

Registration Fee

A $50 non-refundable registration fee is required to reserve your seat in any course. This fee is non-transferable unless the class is canceled by the school.

Student Cancellations

72 Hours or More Before Class Start Date

  • Tuition will be refunded minus the $50 registration fee.

Less Than 72 Hours Before Class Start Date

  • No refund will be issued.

  • One (1) class transfer is allowed within 30 days, subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

  • Students who fail to attend without notice will forfeit all payments made. No refunds or transfers.

Online Courses

  • Once login credentials are issued or course access is granted, tuition is non-refundable.

  • If the course has not been accessed, refund requests may be considered within 48 hours of registration, minus a $50 administrative fee.

Course Transfers

  • One transfer is permitted per enrollment.

  • Additional transfers require a $50 rescheduling fee.

Dismissal Policy

Students dismissed for disruptive behavior, safety violations, intoxication, or failure to follow instructor guidance will not receive a refund.

Course Cancellation by School

If Bangor Security Training School cancels a class due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, students may:

  • Transfer to another class date at no additional cost, OR

  • Receive a full refund.

Licensing Disclaimer

Completion of training does not guarantee issuance of a security license. Licensing decisions are made solely by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Tuition is non-refundable if a student is denied licensure.
